WHAT WE COLLECT

When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, team size, the systems you currently use, your intended go live timeline, and the date and time you gave consent.

When you contact us by email or phone, we collect whatever information you choose to tell us.

Automatically, when you browse, our website is hosted on Wix, which collects standard technical data including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics. See Wix's own privacy documentation for more details.

We do not ask for financial information, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

Enquiry form data. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand what an implementation for you would involve, and contact you about it. We collect this information with your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

Technical browsing data. We use this information to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We will not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry form. If we want to send you anything beyond a reply, we will ask first.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Wix. Hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.

Our email provider. Delivers enquiry notifications to our team.

Our own staff. The implementation and sales teams may access your information on a need to know basis.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Enquiry form data. We retain this information for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it will be deleted. If you become a customer, your information moves into your customer record and is governed by our services agreement.

Email correspondence. We retain email correspondence for 24 months, unless it forms part of a contract or we need it for a legal or tax obligation.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See the section below for how to make a request.

YOUR RIGHTS

• Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we have processed it.

• Correct or complete anything inaccurate.

• Ask us to erase your data where we no longer need it for the purpose for which it was collected.

• Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.

• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.

• Raise a grievance with us and escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it.

SECURITY

We hold personal data on access controlled systems and use encryption in transit. Access is limited to staff who need it to perform their duties.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by applicable law.

CHILDREN

This website is aimed at businesses and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please email us at unify@coheron.tech and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
